Esther The Doula

Building lasting Community Management

Where we started

Esther the Doula is a personal brand. She provides support to mothers in Kenya during pregnancy and birth and has been doing it for the last 15 years. She approached us to put her brand online and give her a platform to engage with her community of followers who were previously engaging with her on her personal Facebook account.

What We did

Esther’s main goal has been to engage with her growing community of mums in a way that both educates and allows them to give feedback. We first created a Facebook page and reactivated her Twitter and Instagram accounts. We came up with themed graphics that we feel would represent the brand. We then began encouraging conversations online and drawing the mums from her personal Facebook account to the official page.

Building from Scratch

Where we started

Our journey with Globoedge started in 2016. Been an Apple Authorized reseller and very new to the industry they were looking to raise brand awareness and get leads from online platforms. Since they had no online presence, we had to begin from scratch.

What we did

With the main goal being to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads, we embarked on a journey to build strong online platforms that were interactive and could engage potential customers.

Concentrating on PPC campaigns and a great content strategy we began to build a great online audience that understood the value of the product and was willing to purchase online as well.

As we have continued to grow, we have embarked on an SEO strategy that is keyword focused and results-driven.

Baby Banda Pregnancy and Baby Fair

Using Socials to Build your event

Where we started

The Baby Banda Pregnancy and Baby Fair is East Africa’s premier event for mum and baby. We have been the strategic digital partner for BBPF from 2017. The main goal is to raise awareness for the event and achieve high foot traffic for the three days of the event as well as the right target audience that will buy from the vendors.

What we did

The campaign begins two months before. There are three pre-event phases:

  • Copywriting for social.
  • Graphics and Artwork
  • PPC Strategy and campaigns

During the event, we carry out live social media coverage on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Results and Stats

  • Over 500,000 impressions
  • Over 200,000 in terms of reach
  • An increase in 40% in terms of online following
  • A footfall of at least 1000 people per day
